The Wings for Life Spinal Cord Research Foundation is a privately funded, officially approved non-profit organization which follows the principal aim of promoting spinal cord research worldwide in order to expedite scientific and clinical progress towards a putative cure for spinal cord injuries.

All exhibits which are sold at auction were donated to Wings for Life by private persons and companies.
All net proceeds of the Wings for Life auctions are entirely inured to the benefit of Wings for Life to support promising spinal cord research projects aiming to find a cure for spinal paralysis.
